Members $26. Long hike: 13 mi., 1200 ft. ascent, 1800 ft. descent. Moderate hike: 6½ mi., 700 ft. ascent, 800 ft. descent.
From Reno Monument Rd. past the monument honoring after the Union Civil War Gen. James Reno, slain nearby, to Gathland State Park, where the moderate hike ends. Long hikers keep going, making a short detour for the stunning view from Weverton Cliffs before ending at Weverton Rd.. Moderate hikers can add distance by hiking up from the bus to the view from Weverton Cliffs.
