About the Event
We return to it today with a southbound trek starting from Hamburg Rd., gasping along the way at prime wintertime views of the Maryland countryside and South Mtn. When we reach Gambrill State Park, we’ll follow the Yellow Poplar Trail counterclockwise to High Knob, with moderate hikers shortening the distance via a cutoff trail.
