$26. Long hike: 10½ mi., 1900 ft. ascent, 1700 ft. descent. Moderate hike: 5 mi., 900 ft. ascent, 1100 ft. descent, and option for additional distance.

We’ll savor repeated views as we pass through Washington Monument State Park (site of the other Washington Monument) and then follow the Bartman Hill Trail west to Greenbrier State Park.
