About the Event
$5 + Carpool Fee. Long hike: 9 mi., 1700 ft. ascent/descent. Moderate hike: 6½ mi., 1300 ft. ascent/descent.
We’ll start from the mountain’s base at Stronghold with a climb to the summit. After ogling the see-forever view there, we’ll split. Moderate hikers make a circuit on the Northern Peaks (blue) Trail, pausing for another stunning view at White Rocks. Long hikers make the same circuit, but precede it with a shorter loop on the Mountain Loop (white) Trail.
