Our fun, varied day starts with a hike–-a northbound sojourn on the North Central Railroad Trail through changing countryside from Parkton, MD, to Freeland, MD.  We’ll stop for lunch there, after which long hikers continue into Pennsylvania on the York County Heritage Trail to New Freedom, PA.  Next, having worked up a thirst, we’ll visit the nearby Naylor Wine Cellars for an explanation of how wine is made and samplings of the finished product.
